April 2000

  • April 3 - House Trio with Buck Powell on piano. $5, 8pm

  • April 10 - The Happytymes Jazz Band. $5

  • April 17 - Saxophonist Seab Allen w/ House Band. $5

  • April 24 - Jam Session. $3
May 2000

  • May 1 - May Day Jazz (to be announced)

  • May 8 - Jammers' Showcase w/ Joe Milligan on guitar and Michael Murphy on saxophone/flute. $5

  • May 15 - The Tom Cox Trio, $5

  • May 22 - Italian Jazz Festival. Features a jazz band from Little Rock's sister city Ragusa, Italy. $5

  • May 29 - Closed for Memorial Day
June 2000

  • June 5 - Pianist Ann Collins with Joe Vick on bass and Dave Rogers at the drums. Cover $5.

  • June 12 - Guitarist Calvin Newborn with Buck Powell on piano, Joe Vick on bass, and Dave Rogers at the drums. Cover $5.

  • June 19 - Open date

  • June 26 - Jam Session. Cover $3 / $1 for jam players.

Note: Performances may require seating persons at tables where space is available. All Monday Jazz Project events are co-sponsored by The AfterThought, The Arkansas Jazz Heritage Foundation and the Legacy Hotel. Players planning to sit in on jam nights should sign up in the AfterThought foyer.
